Testing process

Every vehicle booked in for a Log Book or Full Car Service is tested automatically.
Testing is conducted within the safety of the workshop environment.
The system measures the brake force on each wheel individually to identify any brake imbalances.
It helps detect hidden brake issues such as seized callipers, brake hose problems, proportioning valve faults, leaks, air in the system, and master cylinder issues.
Wheel alignment is tested through side slip measurement to identify uneven tyre wear and improve fuel efficiency by minimising drag.
Suspension performance is assessed for compression and rebound, with results displayed as percentages, allowing shock absorber performance to be evaluated.
Integrated corner and axle weight scales measure corner weight, axle weight, and the total vehicle weight, particularly useful for utes and four-wheel drives.
The system is approved for brake testing by various transport authorities, including Transport NSW, VicRoads, Qld Transport.
